A space dedicated to the deep understanding of spirituality, the healing of the wounds of the soul, and energetic ascension, guiding each person toward inner alignment and universal peace.
Hypnosis is today recognised as an approach for soothing the mind, releasing emotional tension, lifting shadow aspects and accompanying inner transformation. Yet in reality there are several types of hypnosis, each with its own specificities, origins and objectives
Before Naming the Methods of Trance and Elevation of Consciousness
For a long time, human beings have sought to ease their inner suffering, to understand their reactions and to rediscover a lasting state of peace.
Behind the visible symptoms — stress, fears, repetitive patterns or emotional blocks — lie deeper imprints, inscribed through the accumulation of life experiences. It is to access these invisible layers that certain approaches, such as hypnosis, have gradually emerged.
However, long before hypnosis was named and structured in the 19th century, ancient civilisations were already using particular states of consciousness to communicate, heal, understand and move forward in their lives.
In many traditions, healers, sages and spiritual teachers invited a return to a state of deep presence — a state in which the mind grows still and one can observe with greater clarity what is at play within.
In the time of Gautama Buddha, mindfulness and inner observation were already at the heart of the path of liberation. Being fully present to oneself made it possible to engage in introspective work, to revisit the past, to perceive sensations, receive visions, or even communicate with ascended masters* or departed loved ones.
Likewise, the practices of Jesus Christ involved withdrawing into himself and into quiet places, often in nature, and whenever possible, near a tree (according to my research, during his life as Yeshua, he is said to have entered these trance states near a tree on 43 occasions).
In ancient Greece, certain places such as Delphi were renowned for fostering particular states of consciousness. Within the sanctuary of the oracle, natural gas emanations rising from earthly fissures could induce in the priestess — the Pythia — as well as in certain visitors, states akin to trance. These experiences were described as forms of ἔκστασις (ekstasis), a departure from ordinary consciousness, or μανία (mania), perceived as divine inspiration.
In these states, the Pythia received visions, perceptions and messages, which were interpreted to answer the questions of individuals and guide them in their decisions.
What we call "hypnosis" today is therefore part of a continuum: that of a natural human state, used for millennia to access deeper levels of understanding, liberation and transformation.
The Main Types of Hypnosis and Their Benefits
Here is a comprehensive overview of the most recognised and taught forms of hypnosis today, along with their uses. Each method has its own depth, its own way of working and its specific benefits.
Classical Hypnosis (Traditional Hypnosis)
Classical hypnosis was formalised in the 19th century by James Braid, a Scottish surgeon considered the father of modern hypnosis. Before him, Franz Anton Mesmer was already using states close to trance through "animal magnetism", a practice that strongly influenced the early days of hypnosis.
This approach is based on rapid induction and direct suggestions, where the practitioner actively guides the subject. It was notably used in a medical context to anaesthetise or reduce pain before the advent of modern anaesthesia.
Characteristic: effective according to practitioners but more focused on symptoms than on their deeper causes.
Ericksonian Hypnosis (Modern Hypnosis)
Developed in the 20th century by Milton Erickson, an American psychiatrist, this approach revolutionised the practice of hypnosis. Erickson, himself confronted with significant physical limitations, developed a subtle method based on keen observation of human behaviour.
It is one of the most widely used approaches in brief therapy. It relies on permissive language and metaphors to bypass resistance and open an inner space for transformation.
Characteristic: a gentle, progressive hypnosis, well suited to those who prefer to maintain a sense of control.
Humanistic Hypnosis
Humanistic hypnosis was developed in the 2000s by Olivier Lockert, with the intention of offering a more conscious and holistic approach to hypnosis.
Unlike other forms, it does not seek to induce dissociation, but rather an expansion of consciousness. The person remains fully present and actively participates in the process, with a more symbolic and global view of their inner functioning.
Characteristic: it guides the person toward greater awareness rather than a deep hypnotic state. It can support personal development, self-understanding and inner rebalancing through an expanded consciousness.
Self-Hypnosis
Self-hypnosis allows you to tend to your emotional balance on a daily basis. It helps to:
- reduce stress
- soothe the mind
- work on grounding
- reconnect with one's inner needs
Self-hypnosis is a personal practice and may lead us back to a simple truth: hypnosis and meditation are, at their core, remarkably similar.
Spiritual and Symbolic Hypnosis
Used by therapists who integrate the energetic dimension, it allows exploration of:
- personal symbolism
- the needs of the soul
- intuitive messages
- inner archetypes
Regressive Hypnosis
Regressive hypnosis is part of an ancient therapeutic lineage, inspired in particular by the work of Pierre Janet and Sigmund Freud, who were already exploring buried memories and unconscious traumas at the beginning of the 20th century.
Later, practitioners such as Brian Weiss popularised a more "spiritual" approach, speaking of regression into expanded memories (sometimes interpreted as past lives).
However, at the heart of this practice, the mechanism remains the same: revisiting deeply anchored experiences in order to release their shadow aspects.
My Practice — Regressive and Spiritual Hypnosis
This practice allows the past to be revisited and its imprints lifted from the subtle body, alongside the recognised ascended masters with whom I collaborate. In my practice, I do not bring clients into hypnosis during our first session without first having identified the key moments that have affected them, and without having already brought awareness to the work we will undertake together.
My clients go through a stage of understanding the 5 soul wounds, the types of events that have deepened these inner pains, and an awareness of the behavioural patterns deeply rooted in human beings as a result of these factors.
In addition, through a simple technique, each client can continue — after our sessions — their own hypnosis practice by using my specific audio recordings, which guide them into a state of deep calm and gently lead them to specific scenes, invoking my allies to lift these shadow aspects.
It is also important to support those who have no recollection of certain events in their lives. Through hypnosis accompanied by my allies, they will be present to bring forth the images necessary for progress — and to release what still awaits liberation.
For traumas that no longer need to be revisited, clients will lie down and use audio recordings that allow them to communicate directly with the ascended masters — sharing what they absolutely no longer wish to revisit and giving their consent for this work to take place during their sleep. An ascended master will never proceed with a liberation without first receiving the consent of the incarnated person.
Objective: to identify or simply revisit the defining moments that have wounded the person, in order to release the dark fragments lodged in the emotional body — anchored within the aura — and to move beyond the great soul wounds and misaligned behaviours. A lasting approach that enables energetic ascension: the clarification and densification of one's aura.
What These Approaches Have in Common
All forms of hypnosis allow:
- becoming centred within oneself
- accessing altered states of consciousness
- gaining a better understanding of certain inner mechanisms
- soothing and releasing stress
However, they do not always act upon the deep imprint left within the emotional and energetic body — unless the disincarnates lift these imprints out of us. They are the only ones who can perceive them, and through the imagery that surfaces when we revisit these experiences, they are able to lift these energetic imprints.
Going Beyond Relaxation: Transforming at the Deepest Level
While all these approaches can bring soothing, greater understanding of certain mechanisms, and a path toward healing — they often remain centred on the symptom or the management of the mind.
Yet the deepest blocks take root in the past — from this life and other experienced space-times — through:
- defining life moments (traumas, emotional shocks, painful turning points)
- intense and prolonged periods of stress
A Multidimensional Approach to Healing
This method allows each client to move beyond a state of stress and access a profound inner alignment. It offers a path to liberation from the five great soul wounds, so that these pains are no longer experienced with the same intensity during emotional shocks, grief, separation or any major ordeal.
This gradual work allows, among other things:
- releasing naturally and with ease
- rebuilding self-confidence
- making more aligned choices
- stepping out of destructive patterns
- moving forward without fear or inner tension
- raising one's vibrational frequency and developing new mediumistic or clairvoyant abilities
- strengthening the immune system and emerging from deep physical and mental fatigue
Conclusion: Moving Forward with Discernment and Awareness
Every person deserves an accompaniment that is respectful, aligned and attuned to their own sensitivity. Understanding oneself, finding liberation and reclaiming inner balance is not a swift journey — it is a path to be walked with the conviction of rediscovering a lasting and balanced state of being.
