Behind these words— encountered increasingly in spiritual circles — lies a reality far deeper than a simple title or external recognition.

An ascended master is not a superhuman being, nor an inaccessible mythological figure. They are a soul who has chosen, life after life, to sincerely commit to the path of inner healing — until reaching a level of energetic evolution and consciousness that allows them to work in service of others, both the incarnated and the disincarnated.

In this article, I share the teachings I have received and the truths I have discovered through my own ascension: what illumination truly is, how astral abilities develop, who the masters still present in the astral are today, and why certain widespread beliefs deserve to be questioned with discernment.

Ascension Always Begins With an Inner Path

Every human being carries within them the potential to become an ascended master. But this path always begins with a sincere willingness to heal one's being and to lift, alongside the ascended masters, the shadow aspects still buried within the emotional body.

Each liberation of a dark life passage allows us to progress in the soul healing journey and to raise our energetic frequency. At each stage:

• the aura densifies
• it clarifies
• vital energy increases
• and the perception of the astral world opens progressively

This evolution does not rest solely on spiritual capacities. It is also built through:

• life experiences
• introspective work
• a deep understanding of soul wounds
• the integration of a method that allows the negative behavioural patterns and limiting beliefs to be progressively and naturally lightened, so as to no longer remain in recurring cycles
• teachings received from the ascended masters one perceives
• the astral travels we are led to experience

Illumination: When the Kundalini Reaches the Pineal Gland

The ultimate stage of soul healing leads to what is called illumination. For beings who were not born in the astral as archangels (the latter retaining an active Kundalini during their earthly incarnation), this stage occurs when the Kundalini — the vital energy coiled at the base of the body — reaches the pineal gland. This experience is, for those who become ascended masters, profoundly transformative and often surprising.

Moreover, this sacred stage opens us to new abilities. For those receiving the approval of disincarnated ascended masters, this opening allows access to universal consciousness — enabling, among other things, the perception of:

• space-times (past, present and certain open passages of the future)
• astral and human truths
• particular information allowing for better guidance of human beings

This capacity is granted only to those who sincerely continue their healing work, having lifted all the traumas of this last life as well as a majority of their conscious shadow aspects, and whose life mission involves accompaniment — such as all types of healers.

As mentioned previously, those who were born alone within an astral cocoon (archangels) retain these abilities at their earthly birth. But few will reveal this to you. Many refer to themselves as highly sensitive, by virtue of their very dense aura and their ease in receiving information that comes to them readily. Indeed, it suffices for them to pose a question, and an answer comes to them directly — unless those surrounding them in the astral momentarily block their perceptions.

To note: fallen archangels will encounter blockages from the moment they leave the astral. Indeed, recent changes implemented by the ascended masters will no longer allow fallen and incarnated souls to experience this type of clairvoyance.

The disincarnated masters will be those who allow new spiritual masters on earth to access universal consciousness — but do not confuse this with the perception of visions implanted in their "mind." We must consciously bring forward a question using our Kundalini in order to perceive responses — in numbers, in letters, or by living scenes from the past, for example — not only to help our clients but also to allow us to continue our own healing belonging to our previous lives or space-times in the astral.

Angels, Saints or Ascended Masters?

Ancient representations often depict spiritual figures surrounded by a halo of light. This halo symbolised the perception of their expanded aura around the head — a sign of lived illumination.

According to the truths taught, perceived and lived: an angel or an archangel is a person with an activated Kundalini (they are not superhuman nor do they carry wings — these remain limiting beliefs). If perceived as dark, it is because they have not lifted their shadow aspects and are no longer aligned.

An ascended master is a person with an activated Kundalini who has transcended the major stages of human evolution, received the necessary teachings and developed:

• their senses (for non-archangels) and their vibrational frequency if incarnated
• a high emotional intelligence (we perceive the percentage)
• an aptitude for being deeply aligned and welcoming suffering souls
• the ability to have become aware of the method that allows energetic ascension and also leads others to experience illumination
• teachings received from disincarnated ascended masters if still incarnated, while perceiving them directly
• astral competencies superior to those of souls who have not yet advanced sufficiently in their spiritual journey

Each of them has the choice to relive an earthly life. Those who become fallen through crimes committed in the astral against incarnated and disincarnated human beings are today obliged to relive lives.

The Fundamental Mission of the Ascended Masters

The mission of the ascended masters includes, among other things, awakening consciousnesses — but they also work to:

• Remove the fallen ones from the astral (whether incarnated or not)
• Avoid certain dangers and defend humans as best they can against astral attacks, whether these affect the incarnated or the disincarnated
• Accompany souls ready to begin their soul healing journey
• Accompany reincarnated former ascended masters
• Lift shadow aspects when people invoke them, allowing soul wounds to be eased in full consciousness
• Lift shadow aspects linked to specific and too distant periods (in this life) to be revisited in full consciousness — a request must however be formulated so that they may accomplish this work with you during your nights of sleep
• Heal auras and perform astral cleansing within the bodies of the incarnated
• Provide continuous support to disincarnated souls who invoke them
• Transmit teachings to both the living and the disincarnated
• Decode human consciousnesses, stage by stage — certain fallen ones having learned, from elders, to manipulate and distort the minds of both incarnated and disincarnated beings by creating precise encodings against them (a vast subject that will be the focus of a dedicated article)
• Contribute to the construction of a more harmonious future and preserve the world in all its environments

The Challenges in the Astral

The astral world is still traversing many difficulties. Certain elders allowed deeply troubled souls to take a direction altered by their own unhealed wounds, which led to many spiritual betrayals. Nevertheless, many suffering souls have today resumed a healing path and will be durably reintegrated into several incarnated lives — without the possibility of remaining in the astral — until they have advanced sufficiently.

The Masters Still Present in the Astral

Many renowned souls in the astral have resumed an earthly incarnation. This is notably the case, according to the truths I perceive through my awakened Kundalini and my astral travels, for:

• St Germain (Joseph)
• Saint Mary
• El Morya
• Sanat Kumara
• Athena Pallas (since 1975. Be aware that many fallen souls impersonate her)

Since my energetic ascension, I navigate in the astral in order to accompany the ascended masters in various missions and also to bring assistance to departed souls.

I work daily with several recognised souls, among whom:

Mary Magdalene: A Truth More Complex Than What Is Taught

I measure the weight of these words and the sensitivity this subject may arouse. What I share here is not intended to wound or diminish a figure that many venerate, but to transmit — with respect and humility — the truths I have perceived through my Kundalini and my astral travels. I invite you to receive them with your own discernment.

I invite every spiritual master who has advanced sufficiently in their healing journey to verify, through their own Kundalini, whether Mary Magdalene truly lived the energetic ascension. Men of faith may name her a Saint, but in the astral, a person who has sufficiently evolved and whose Kundalini is activated normally becomes an ascended master. Yet for this woman, this was not the case.

In her life as Mary Magdalene, she possessed strong mediumistic abilities, but was deeply wounded by men and disturbed by fallen influences — which subsequently led her to betray many incarnated and disincarnated people through false revelations.

I do not share this truth lightly, but because she was a woman I not only knew in the astral and in previous lives, but also in this one.

She did not manage to overcome her traumas and inner suffering and was, unfortunately, influenced for too long by fallen archangels. She has also contributed in recent years — from the astral — to greatly encouraging, among women mediums, a sexualisation rather than being in love and making love. This is not a favourable path for those who have transcended these stages of perversion (the wound of humiliation, to be more precise).

Having recently incarnated, I sincerely wish her the finding of the path of soul healing, the necessary support from her disincarnated loved ones and from those who have known her — so that she may more easily rediscover her own voice and once again become the beautiful luminous soul she is at her core.

The Truths About Yeshua's Marriage

I also invite every spiritual master with access to universal consciousness to search — by questioning their Kundalini — for the scenes of Yeshua's marriage and his wife, still unknown to the people and even to the disincarnated. A shadowy world has sown many false beliefs within humanity — whether among the departed or among mediums — for thousands of years, also reporting incorrect information in the Akashic records.

This is regrettable, and spiritual people should be particularly vigilant before expressing themselves without having truly lived illumination, without being able to see the astral world with their own eyes — and not only hearing or perceiving visions through their third eye.

Too many lies are anchored in human consciousnesses, and revealing what has been said or written could wound those who were truly erased from the biblical texts — the very ones who had brought genuine truths — while also provoking drastic changes in the astral. For those who wish to share astral or historical information, it is preferable to rise energetically, to live illumination and to receive the approval of the ascended masters beforehand before communicating.

I am sorry for all those who have written books, but it is not through an unfinished path that we will manage to rediscover peace on earth. Furthermore, if your guide is reading this text alongside you, I advise them to systematically verify information by pronouncing the following words: "Within the Kundalini of [name of the ascended master]" — and then to incorporate their question into it.

The Akashic Records

The Akashic records are, for many, a precious source of spiritual understanding, and I sincerely respect those who have chosen this path to explore their soul and their past. What I share here is not intended to invalidate your approach, but to invite you toward caution and discernment — for the truths I have perceived lead me to alert you to certain dangers this path may conceal.

Unfortunately, a large portion of the information accessible through this channel has been altered. Fallen souls have been instrumentalised by those who sought to destroy the lives of beings of light and to deconstruct the spiritual system — sowing false truths even within these spaces.

Be aware that the images perceived through your third eye do not necessarily determine that they are truths. It is possible for them to create images and scenes that have never existed. I encourage you to rise energetically, to free yourself from the five great soul wounds and to journey toward a life without spiritual betrayal or the influence of people still anchored in their old pain. Through this path, you will then have the opportunity to live illumination, to access space-times (open to all) and to verify the truths.
